Job Offer: Flexographic Printing Machine Operator Location: Soledad, Atlántico Available Positions: 4 Requirements: Experience: 1 to 2 years operating flexographic printing machines Academic Qualification: Technical Degree in Flexographic Printing Specific Knowledge: Flexographic printing, gearless systems or sleeves Job Responsibilities: Operate and configure flexographic printing machines Supervise and coordinate printing assistants Verify supplies, materials, and machine condition Perform mounting of photopolymer plates, sleeves, inks, and rolls Control print registration, color density, and quality Report production and quality using established formats Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the machine and work area Comply with safety, quality, and sustainability standards Document and report production and maintenance incidents Perform additional duties inherent to the position Working Conditions: Salary: COP $2,628,000 base plus overtime reaching COP $3,500,000 / COP $4,000,000 Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts under a 4x2 schedule. Four (4) consecutive working days from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. or from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., as scheduled. Two (2) consecutive rotating rest days. Availability to work on Sundays and holidays when required by operations. Sundays and holidays worked are paid at 300%.
