Proficiency in WMS/ERP systems, advanced Excel, and KPI analysis A prominent company in the sector is looking for a Logistics Supervisor, a technologist in logistics, administration, or related fields, with experience coordinating warehousing, inventory, and distribution operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising and optimizing logistics processes, ensuring accurate inventory control, goods receipt and dispatch, as well as adherence to delivery timelines and company-established operational standards. Key responsibilities include stock management and control, efficient warehouse organization, supervision of transportation routes, coordination of operational staff, and monitoring of management indicators (KPIs). Additionally, the candidate must lead continuous improvement initiatives, ensure compliance with industrial safety regulations, and support cost and productivity optimization within logistics operations. We seek a candidate with expertise in inventory management, proficiency in technological tools such as WMS or ERP systems, KPI analysis, advanced Excel, and office software. Experience with continuous improvement methodologies—such as Lean Logistics, 5S, or Six Sigma—as well as knowledge of reverse logistics, fleet management, GPS, and data analysis tools like Power BI will be highly valued. Strong leadership, assertive communication, conflict resolution, adaptability, and results orientation are essential. Requirements: Technologist degree in logistics, operations, administration, or related disciplines. Experience supervising logistics processes and managing personnel. Expertise in inventory management, warehousing, and distribution. Knowledge of logistics KPIs and technological tools. Proficiency in Excel and office software.
