A leading company in the industrial sector is currently seeking a Process Assistant to strengthen its operational team. We are looking for responsible, committed individuals with experience in industrial processes who wish to contribute to the proper functioning and control of plant operations. Main Responsibilities Execute plant startup, operation, and shutdown according to established procedures. Support inventory control and tracking of raw materials. Maintain efficient operation of the production unit and propose actions to reduce operational time and costs. Monitor operating conditions and report anomalies to the relevant department. Support necessary operational activities for proper plant functioning. Requirements Education: Technical or Technologist degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Electromechanics, or Mechatronics. Experience: Minimum 3 years Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Inventory control Plant operational processes Working Conditions Location: Barranquilla Contract Type: Project-based or labor contract Salary: $2,000,000 Schedule: Monday to Sunday on rotating 8-hour shifts Duration: 6 months.
