Supervise teams, cleanliness, and control of critical products We are looking for a passionate and committed individual to join our team as Kitchen Coordinator in the Supermarkets sector. You will be responsible for leading and controlling the overall operation of the Assisted Food Solutions (AFS) section at the point of sale, ensuring compliance with commercial strategies, management indicators (sales, margin, and adjustments), and the correct application of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), while maintaining an efficient process for receiving, storing, producing, and rotating inventory Responsibilities: Supervise the proper functioning of section equipment and machinery (refrigerators, ovens, fryers, mixers, slicers, deli slicers, etc.) and promptly report any issues. Ensure cleanliness, order, and sanitation of refrigerators, wine coolers, baskets, utensils, and processing areas. Control critical or high-turnover products to prevent losses. Verify compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all stages: receipt, storage, production, and display. Ensure correct labeling, assignment of shelf life, and control of expiration dates.
