Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Process Engineering Leader to lead process engineering during the conceptual, basic, detailed, and commissioning phases in the oil & gas sector. Key Highlights: 1. Lead petroleum refining process engineering. 2. Design and size critical refining equipment. 3. Act as Process Authority and support technical decisions. An oil & gas company engaged in the production and marketing of hydrocarbon-derived products requires a Senior Process Engineering Leader for its team. Requirements Chemical Engineering degree with valid professional license. Minimum experience: 8 years in petroleum refining and/or petrochemical processes. At least one complete project involving atmospheric and/or vacuum towers (from conceptual phase through commissioning). Proficiency in Aspen HYSYS / Aspen Plus, HTRI / Aspen EDR. Experience leading HAZOP / LOPA / SIL studies. Fluent technical English. Technical decision-making capability in mass transfer, heat transfer, and fluid mechanics. Responsibilities Lead process engineering throughout conceptual / basic / detailed / commissioning transition. Design and/or review and/or adjust and size petroleum refining process equipment (atmospheric tower, hot oil heater, heat exchangers, and critical pumps). Conduct HAZOP, LOPA, and SIL assessments for the project. Act as Process Authority and support technical decisions before Management. Support commissioning and the first 90 days of operation.
