Role Purpose: To effectively manage, analyze, and respond to customer requests via the digital channels defined by operations—ensuring agile processes, clear information, and a positive experience aligned with the company’s and end-customer’s standards of quality, productivity, and service. Required Academic Level Technical, technological, or professional degree, preferably in administrative or related fields. Required Experience Minimum 6 months of experience in support, customer service, or related roles. Prior experience in digital channels, contact centers, call centers, or BPOs will be highly valued. Basic proficiency with digital tools and management platforms. Full availability.
