Production Supervisor (Malambo)

Job Summary: Supervises production, equipment, and processes to meet objectives, including personnel development, under safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in manufacturing and production with a focus on team development. 2. Management of manufacturing, quality, safety, and continuous improvement processes. 3. Supervises production, personnel, processes, and resources of the assigned shift to achieve planned objectives, including employee development, in accordance with all safety standards and protocols.**Requirements:** * Professional in Mechanical, Electronic, Chemical, Industrial Engineering or related fields, with a minimum of **3 to 5 years** of experience in manufacturing or production environments * **\+ 2 years** of experience managing operational staff * Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with effective communication and interpersonal abilities that support collaborative work and coordination of personnel development. * Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning and equipment operation, as well as quality, safety, and compliance standards, and principles of continuous improvement * Approval from immediate supervisor to participate * No disciplinary proceedings, written warnings in the last 6 months, and/or suspension in the last year If you are a current CANPACK employee, please apply through your Workday account.
