He/She performs general office duties that may include word processing, data entry, auditing documents, distributing mail, reserving conference rooms, coordinating meetings and other duties as assigned. This position may deal with confidential material on a regular basis. **Responsibilities:** * Review journal entries. * Review reconciles balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis. * Provides internal customer support, including research of account balances and variance analysis. * Manipulates large data sets. * Performs account reconciliations. * Completes special projects as needed (Dian, DANE, SENA and other entities). **Qualifications:** * Accountant \- Required * Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel * Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week * 90% English \- Required Grade: 010 Location: Medellin Modalidad: Hybrid Schedule: 7:00 am – 4:30 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday / 7:00 am – 3:30 pm one Thursday (44 weekly hours) **Employee Type:** Permanent UPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
