**Job description** Ensure continuity in the administration, support, and operation of databases to guarantee availability, continuity, and integrity of existing data repositories in the SPLatam region, both on on-premise and cloud platforms. Likewise, ensure the implementation of requirements from architecture, security, and internal control areas. **Job responsibilities:** * Administer and ensure the proper functioning of data platforms in the SPLatam region, with a priority commitment to service security and availability (SLA \> 99\.95%) on both on-premise and cloud platforms. * Manage documentation and contribute to new implementations, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines through TSBs. * Create, configure, and administer databases on on-premise and cloud platforms using Infrastructure as Code (IaaC) with Terraform for required projects. * Design, deploy, and monitor database services on on-premise and cloud platforms using IaaC (Terraform). * Plan and implement resource provisioning for database services according to business needs. * Design contingency and continuity plans for data platforms. Experience and Skills **Education**: Systems Engineer **Experience**: * 2 years of proven experience in database administration on on-premise and cloud platforms. * Proven experience with AWS and Terraform. * Experience working with agile methodologies. **Required technical knowledge:** * Extensive knowledge in administration, support, and operation of AWS cloud database services, as well as database engines such as SQL Server, DB2, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and Sybase. * Intermediate knowledge of Linux. * AWS cloud services. * Pipeline management using Jenkins.
