




The primary function of the Customer Service Assistant is to interact with customers, providing them with information and support regarding the Company's products and/or services, positively impacting the customer relationship experience; processing PQRs and ensuring clear and timely fulfillment of customer requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** * Receive, record, and manage customer sales orders in the company's information systems. * Track and trace customer requests based on commercial agreements and the customer service plan. * Receive, analyze, and resolve complaints and claims promptly, applying current legal regulations for their handling. * Receive, analyze, and communicate customer needs and suggestions to the various business units within the company. * Follow up on customer inquiries. * Monitor order and service performance indicators. **Requirements:** * 2 years of experience in similar customer service roles (including internships). * Education: **Technologist** in Administration, Customer Service, Logistics, or related field. Proficiency in Excel, databases, lookup functions, and reporting. (PowerBi proficiency is desirable) * Oracle and CRM proficiency desirable (Oracle preferred). * Excellent assertive communication, empathy, and conflict resolution skills. * Strong written and grammatical skills. * Passion for customer service.
