The thousands of people that succeed at Kaseya are prepared to go above and beyond for the betterment of our customers. **Essential attributes for this role include:** * Strong problem\-solving skills * Effective communication abilities * Capability to work both independently and within a team * Familiarity with integration tools and techniques * Understanding business process analysis and data analysis; ability to articulate and present in these areas and draw meaningful business conclusions * Knowledge or experience with NetSuite or Salesforce best practices and data management is a plus **The selected candidates will be responsible for:** * **Business Process Analysis:** Analyze and improve processes for Revenue Cloud (quote\-to\-cash, subscription billing), Commerce Cloud (B2C storefronts, order management), Commissions (incentive compensation), and Payments (integration with gateways, reconciliation) * **Requirements Gathering:** Collaborate with stakeholders to document business needs and translate them into functional specifications for Salesforce modules (RCA, RCB, B2C Commerce, Spiff, Gr4vy, OneSource, Oracle, etc.) * **Implementation Lifecycle:** Execute and manage configuration, customization, testing, and deployment of Revenue Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Billing/Payments solutions. Familiarity with Agile SCRUM methodology is preferred. * **Data Analysis \& Insights:** Conduct data analysis using Salesforce reports, Power BI/Tableau, and SQL to generate actionable insights for revenue growth, billing efficiency, and payment reconciliation. * **Stakeholder Communication:** Ensure timely updates on product enhancements, defect resolution, and project milestones for billing, payments, and commissions initiatives. * **Documentation:** Maintain comprehensive documentation of product management processes, including workflow diagrams, integration flows, and user guides for Salesforce modules **Desired Qualifications** ·· Bachelor's degree in business management, Information Systems, Data Science/Analytics, or equivalent experience. * Hands\-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Billing, Payments, and Commissions (Spiff, Gr4vy, Oracle, OneSource). * Experience in SQL, Power BI/Tableau, LucidChart, and advanced Excel. * Familiarity with NetSuite and Salesforce best practices for data management and integration. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and decision\-making skills; ability to resolve complex business problems and handle ambiguity. * Effective communication skills for technical and non\-technical stakeholders. * Flexibility to work shifts aligned with global user base.
