Where no two days are the same.** **Job Description** ------------------- **In this role you will play a key role in** * **Manage small to medium\-sized customer projects, including scheduling and resource coordination.** * **Lead project teams to deliver projects that may span multiple business or technology areas but with less complexity.** * **Manage project scope, time, cost, quality, risk, and communications.** * **Track and manage issues using JIRA or similar tools.** * **Apply basic knowledge of routing, switching, internet, and network architecture to support project delivery.** * **Take ownership of assigned projects and focus on critical success factors.** * **Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.** * **Identify and escalate key issues and work with engineering and business units to resolve them.** **Your Profile** * **Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.** * **Network, route/switch, cybersecurity background** * **Some project management experience, preferably in a technical or services environment.** * **Familiarity with project management standards such as PMBOK.** * **Basic understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) is a plus.** * **Experience with MS Office Suite and project management tools like JIRA, Smartsheet, or Rally.** * **Strong verbal and written communication skills.** * **Certifications such as PMP or Scrum/SAFe are advantageous** **\#LI\-NO1****\#LI\-Remote****Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations to accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world, while creating tangible impact for enterprises and society.
