




**At Heinsohn, we are a B Corp company!** We are committed to generating a positive impact on society, the environment, and the well-being of our collaborators. **Today we are looking for a person with experience in Demand Generation and Client Prospecting.** **Requirements** -------------- * Student in technological or university programs in administration, marketing, international business, or related fields, with at least one year of experience in demand generation. * **Experience in demand generation or sales roles within non-profit organizations.** * Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or others) and prospecting tools. * Skills in data mining and database analysis for customer segmentation. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. * Ability to work towards goals for opportunity generation and lead conversion. **Responsibilities** ------------- Your profile will focus strongly on demand generation and management, primarily encompassing the following responsibilities: * Securing FIVE (5\) new weekly meetings with potential clients in Colombia across any sector, interested in cost optimization, SENA Monetization – Social Programs – Donations \- Volunteering. * Tracking lead conversion into tangible opportunities, validated by operations managers. * Accompanying exploratory meetings together with the sales manager. * Contacting potential clients via phone calls, emails, and other digital channels. * Scheduling and coordinating commercial meetings. * Building and maintaining an updated database of qualified prospects. * Following up to convert leads into tangible opportunities. **Support in Commercial Strategy** * Collaborating with the sales team to improve the customer acquisition process. * Suggesting improvements in sales messaging, sales materials, and client engagement based on insights gathered during prospecting. * Reporting key performance indicators (number of leads generated, conversion rate, quality of prospects). **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):** * Conversion rate from suspect to commercial meetings. * Number of qualified leads generated per month. * Average response time and follow-up time to prospects. * Impact on commercial opportunity generation and sales pipeline. **Contract Modality** ------------------------- * Service provision contract. * The candidate must be located in Bogotá.
