We are looking for a Development IT Analyst passionate about technology and innovation, who wants to grow with us and contribute to the design and development of solutions that strengthen our internal and external processes. Main responsibilities: * Design, develop and maintain applications and software solutions according to business needs. * Participate in analysis, requirements gathering, and technical documentation. * Implement continuous improvements in existing systems, ensuring code quality and compliance with standards. * Conduct testing and ensure correct implementation of technological solutions. * Work collaboratively with IT departments and other organizational processes to ensure achievement of technological objectives. * Assist and train clients on the company's various products. * Provide on-site support during installations and maintenance of the company's products. Requirements: * Technologist or professional in Systems Engineering, Software Development, or related fields (graduated or in progress). * Experience in software development (academic projects or relevant work experience), requirements gathering, application of agile methodologies, frontend frameworks (desirable: Angular, React, or Vue), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and unit or integration testing. * Knowledge of programming languages (e.g. C#, .NET, PHP, Java) and databases such as SQL Server or similar. * Analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork capabilities.
