Possess intermediate understanding or knowledge of certain industry codes, standards, and best practices. * Have experience performing drafting and modeling tasks in conceptual, basic, and detailed engineering for industrial projects (Oil \& Gas, Mining, Infrastructure, among others). * Be capable of providing recommendations that include complete solutions within the scope of drafting or modeling work. Difficult, complex, or unusual decisions are generally referred to more experienced discipline members such as engineers, who bear full responsibility for the design. * Work with a certain level of autonomy on assigned tasks in terms of general requirements and priorities. * Receive project-related assignments with specific objectives and priorities. May supervise activities or be supervised for verification of accuracy, completeness, and achievement of objectives. May receive supervised/self-directed training in more advanced disciplinary work practices/applications. * Collaborate within teams of up to 4 direct subordinates consisting of less experienced designers within the same discipline. * Maintain constant and effective communication with the team, informing and persuading on complex matters and issues through preparation and delivery of presentations and reports, as well as collaborating with stakeholders and discipline management. * Be proficient in using tools such as Microsoft 365 and Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams). Able to navigate intranet pages, conduct searches, and retrieve information. Capable of organizing information from multiple sources and retaining it according to established formats and policies. * Work competently and efficiently with specialized design, analysis, and modeling tools, and interdisciplinary data-centric methods. * Build appropriate, constructive, and effective relationships across the organization; use diplomacy and tact, be approachable, communicate clearly, precisely, and coherently both verbally and in writing.
