If you have more than 1 year of experience in this role, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities:** Carry out the projection of per diems according to scheduled days and request the corresponding advance from the Administrative Department. Review the hours completed by instructors and students based on the flight logbook. Verify refueling operations using information recorded in the flight logbook. Record fuel consumption in the monthly control report. Project fuel consumption, request advances, and supervise balances. Verify payment documentation before issuing ground, flight, course, agreement certificates, etc. Prepare reports on flight and simulator usage hours, considering hourly rates, authorized values or discounts, as well as price variations applicable to each FLYING student, along with billing amounts. Invoice all school income, including weekly flight and simulator hours consumed by students. Verify expenses generated during commission executions. Among other related functions. **Requirements:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in related positions. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
