This position includes monitoring systems, networks, and servers, as well as supporting the implementation of new technologies and infrastructure solutions. **What we are looking for in you:** **Requirements:** * Professional or Technologist in Systems or related fields. * Experience: More than two (2\) years of experience in: * **Infrastructure Management.** * **Knowledge of TCP/IP networks.** * **Administration and configuration of Linux and Windows operating systems.** * **Support for internal and external users.** * **Data center administration.** * **Implementation and/or support in the use of Management Systems.** * **Backup and contingency operations.** * **Knowledge of SQL.** * **OCI Cloud Platforms** * **Oracle Databases** * **Process automation (shell scripting).** * **Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.** * **Customer service.** * **Basic English.** **Some of your responsibilities will include:** * Analyze requirements and tickets from internal and external clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate support according to priority levels and established service levels. * Coordinate with other internal teams the necessary activities to achieve full satisfaction of internal and external clients. * Find efficient solutions that help streamline team work and meet department objectives by understanding potential issues. * Ensure the proper functioning of FSC's computing resources, guaranteeing that the technological infrastructure remains available for users and clients. * Optimize available hardware and software resources. * Provide support for any software and hardware issues arising at FSC. * Document the tickets handled through FAQs. * Design, configure, and deploy all network, hardware, and software infrastructure resources on public and private cloud platforms. * Implement new tools and processes, always aiming to utilize the latest infrastructure and security technologies. * Manage Windows and Linux operating systems, ensuring proper operation and required maintenance. * Perform backup assurance, business continuity plans, high availability, and DRP. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on equipment, networks, and systems, resolving incidents and ensuring service availability for both internal and external clients.
