




**POSITION INFORMATION** **Position:** Junior Process Engineer **Area:** Processes **Immediate Supervisor:** Senior Vice President **General Summary:** Analyze and optimize organizational processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality in operations. **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS** **Education:** Professional degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields **Experience:** Minimum 1\-2 years of experience in similar roles **Knowledge / Training:** * Six Sigma methodologies (Yellow Belt or Green Belt level) or Lean manufacturing * Experience in manufacturing sectors to understand specific production processes. * Project management (Scrum, PMP or similar). * Data analysis or automation (Advanced Excel, databases, Power Apps, Power BI, among others). * Process management or BPM. * Standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001\). * Conversational English desirable. **JOB FUNCTIONS DESCRIPTION** * Conduct field data collection through direct observation, interviews, and data gathering for process analysis. * Collaborate in the design, improvement, and optimization of production processes, supporting the development of proposals aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing time, costs, or rework. * Monitor and control the execution of improvement projects, generating periodic progress reports. * Support various departments in implementing operational changes, providing technical and methodological assistance. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, 5S, etc.) in key organizational processes. * Support the adoption of digital tools for process management, developing dashboards and reports in Power BI to strengthen analysis and decision-making. * Execute pilot tests during the implementation of improvements to evaluate their feasibility and reliability. * Contribute to identifying best practices and opportunities for improvement in organizational processes. * Develop technical and methodological competencies in process management, maintaining a proactive attitude towards learning and innovation. * Train and guide staff in adopting new practices, methodologies, and process improvement tools, promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the organization
