We are seeking a **Lead Cloud Engineer** to join our team and help build, deploy, and manage services that support over half a billion players worldwide. In this role, you will work closely with online services teams to optimize cloud infrastructure, ensure scalability, and drive efficiency in cloud operations. *We accept* *CVs in English only.* **Responsibilities** * Support the operations of large\-scale, highly available, and secure online services and infrastructure for the company and its products * Identify opportunities for cloud cost optimization and propose solutions to reduce expenses and improve efficiency * Develop and implement best practices for cloud infrastructure governance and risk reduction * Advocate for and communicate new cloud optimization standards to development teams * Update internal processes and technologies to align with new cloud infrastructure standards and best practices * Create dashboards and analytics to support cloud governance initiatives and provide actionable insights * Collaborate with the Cloud Cost Optimization team to drive cloud efficiency and performance improvements * Monitor and manage cloud infrastructure to ensure compliance with best practices and security standards **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience * At least 5 years of relevant experience in cloud engineering or cloud architecture roles * At least one year of experience leading and managing development teams * Extensive experience with cloud platforms, primarily GCP, including architecture design and policy implementation * Proficiency with secrets management tools like Vault, certificate management, cryptography, and encryption * Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Git, and other IaC solutions * Strong knowledge of IAM roles and account management within cloud platforms * Advanced understanding of Kubernetes solutions and container orchestration * Solid networking knowledge, particularly in relation to GCP networking configurations * Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at a B2\+ level or higher **Nice to have** * Experience with cloud transformation initiatives * Knowledge of financial analysis for cloud cost optimization * Familiarity with GCP Data Services for analytics and data management * Proficiency in the Go programming language * Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud solutions **We offer** * Learning Culture \- We want you to be the best version of yourself, that is why we offer unlimited access to learning platforms, a wide range of internal courses, and all the knowledge you need to grow professionally * Health Coverage \- Health and wellness are important, that is why we have you and up to four family members in a premiere health plan.
