Specialist in implementing, configuring, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, ensuring automation, efficiency, and quality in continuous deployment processes. Has extensive knowledge in Linux system administration (Oracle Linux, Red Hat) and experience in container-based infrastructure using Docker and Docker Compose. Proficient in using automation and continuous integration tools such as Ansible and GitLab CI/CD, as well as in the configuration and administration of application servers (Wildfly, Tomcat, Apache, Nginx). Possesses skills in monitoring and observability using tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and SolarWinds, contributing to early incident detection and service performance optimization. Focused on continuous improvement, environment standardization, and adoption of DevOps practices to strengthen collaboration between development and operations. **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for server administration at hardware and application levels in physical and virtualized environments, ensuring proper operation and service availability. * Define and maintain technological and procedural criteria for all customer application implementations, structuring documentation for the infrastructure under responsibility, based on best practices and customer guidelines or requirements. * Provide technical support for operational servers and applications, managing and resolving high-complexity incidents and problems within agreed service level agreements. * Establish work plans that ensure continuous service improvement and proper operation of the organization's LINUX servers. * Implement, configure, maintain, monitor, document, and ensure the correct functioning of a computer system, or any aspect of it. * Respond to customer technical inquiries. * Dynamically guarantee uptime, performance, resource utilization, and security of the servers managed. * Perform standard provisioning or modifications of LINUX Operating Systems and related Applications associated with the platform. * Configure network services and operating system services. * Execute remediation plans and activities related to established work or administrative plans. * Implement, configure, maintain, monitor, document and ensure the proper functioning of servers. * Administer servers in both physical and virtual environments. * Recommend and implement necessary changes to infrastructure services for optimal performance. * Update and maintain server components and versions, databases, email, web services. * Administration of LINUX Platforms with base software APACHE, PHP, JAVA, MySQL. * Perform other functions required for fulfilling the contract objectives that are related to the position. * Fulfill the role of supervisor or perform supervisory actions when assigned by the immediate supervisor, efficiently and promptly supporting the management of associated commercial agreements. * Participate in the implementation (when required) and compliance with policies and guidelines established by the Company for its normal operation and achievement of its objectives. * Ensure compliance with applicable good practices and legal requirements of the Integrated Management System, oriented toward continuous improvement and operational quality. * Know and apply regulations associated with the processes and procedures in which they participate, as defined by the organization. * Perform additional complementary functions assigned by the immediate supervisor.
