We are currently looking for professionals from administrative areas who want to be part of a major project with a leading multinational pharmaceutical company. **PLANNING AND PROJECTS ANALYST** **Job Description:** **Project Participation:** * Actively participate in the execution of area projects. * Attend and support project workstream meetings. * Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on project activities. * Proactively track project risks and alerts, proposing early solutions. * Contact and follow up on information requests and reports from affiliates. * Prepare key deliverables for different project phases (kick\-off, development, closure). **Planning and Monitoring:** * Periodic planning and alignment of Latam activities based on planning received from International Markets. * Participate in the development and review of area processes, as well as in monitoring their execution. * Conduct periodic Balance Score Card follow\-up meetings with each Latam market to ensure alignment and achievement of area objectives. * Update information in Latam SharePoint. * Identify process improvement opportunities within the company and present alternatives. * Support facilitating strategic planning exercises. * Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for different levels of the company to provide visibility into area results. **Operational Excellence:** * Optimize decision\-making through knowledge and implementation of technological tools. * Develop and propose tools or methodologies that allow continuous monitoring of the performance of different areas, tactics, and organizational projects, supporting improved business visualization. * Automate tracking processes for different projects in Excel. **Administrative Tasks:** * Expense validation for the Planning and Projects management team. * Manage company vendors and support procurement processes (contracts, purchase orders, DocuSign signatures, etc.), ensuring compliance with internal policies. * Administer and control project documentation on internal platforms such as SharePoint and Teams. **Requirements** * Professional degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Specialization or coursework in Project Management. * Basic knowledge and interest in Project Management and Administration. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative topics or project management; experience in the pharmaceutical sector is desirable. * Advanced Excel skills. * Strong organizational and planning skills, analytical ability, attention to detail, and customer orientation. * English C1 (Essential). * Base location: Bogotá. \#LI\-CES We are looking for the best talent!
