We are looking for the talent to fill the position of Human Resources Intern Main responsibilities: * Assist in new employee induction and onboarding activities. * Provide support in document management within the department: contracts, affiliations, and other employment records. * Support tracking of training, employee well-being, and organizational development initiatives. * Contribute to database management and updating information in human talent management systems. * Assist in organizing internal events and workplace climate activities. * Carry out additional assigned tasks for the development of internal departmental projects. Requirements: * Final semester student in Business Administration or Psychology (eligible to begin professional internships). * Detail-oriented and organized. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Basic proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
