To stay updated with our latest news, visit our blog: https://www.kushkipagos.com/blog or our website: https://www.kushkipagos.com/ **Role Purpose:** **Lead the development of products aligned with business strategy, coordinating cross-functional teams and understanding market and customer needs to ensure the creation of innovative, viable, and sustainable solutions that generate real impact.** **Key Responsibilities:** **Strategic vision and product design** * Translate company strategy into clear, actionable product initiatives aligned with business objectives. * Coordinate the proper conceptualization, definition, and launch of the product, ensuring compliance with requirements and consistency with the strategic vision. * Research and analyze the market, competition, and industry trends to identify opportunities, threats, and areas for innovation. * Understand and engage with user and customer needs (internal and external), evaluating and integrating them into product definition. * Build and maintain an updated product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on impact, value, and feasibility; actively participating in the development, alignment, and visibility of the company's roadmap to stakeholders. **Product lifecycle management** * Lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the product from ideation through delivery, scaling, and evolution. * Ensure proper functional and technical definition of the product by aligning business and technology requirements. * Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external pilots to validate hypotheses and support development decisions. * Analyze pricing strategies, positioning, and entry into new markets. * Promote product evolution based on data, learnings, usage metrics, and feedback from customers and stakeholders. **Analysis, monitoring, and optimization** * Generate product performance and results analysis, proposing improvements and solutions aligned with business goals. * Evaluate adoption, profitability, and customer satisfaction indicators to drive corrective or optimization actions. * Prepare strategic reports that facilitate decision-making for commercial and leadership teams. **Cross-functional collaboration and coordination** * Coordinate technology, design, operations, compliance, and commercial teams to ensure efficient and aligned execution. * Facilitate resolution of blockers, dependencies, and risks affecting value delivery. * Act as a liaison between technical and business teams, ensuring clear, timely, and effective communication. * Participate in key conversations with suppliers, strategic partners, and customers, representing the product’s vision and objectives. **Other responsibilities** * Perform any additional tasks required for the successful achievement of product objectives. **Requirements:** Professional in ***Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields*** *Experience in the payments industry (ideally at a regional level in LATAM \- but preferably Mexico and Chile)* *Knowledge of acquiring and CP and CNP topics* *Familiarity with agile methodology* *Proficiency in Jira* *Process flow creation and planning* Product Management Decision-making ability Project Management At least 4 years of experience in Product and payment methods **Why join our team?** * You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment where your voice will be heard. * You can grow professionally and develop your career in a growing sector. * You will directly contribute to our positive impact in the payments industry. * At Kushki, we care about you and your well-being.
