You will collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure high\-quality deliverables that align with our clients' expectations, all while fostering a culture of innovation and transformation. **Key Responsibilities:** Develop and Configure: Implement configuration and development tasks using Apex, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance Salesforce functionalities. Resolve Incidents: Troubleshoot complex incidents and provide effective solutions to ensure smooth operations within the Salesforce environment. Test and Validate: Perform regression testing to validate changes and ensure existing functionalities remain unaffected by new developments. Conduct Code Reviews: Support code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and maintain high code quality. Document code and processes for future reference and knowledge sharing. Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with cross\-functional teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment on project goals. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** **Must\-have Skills:** Experience: 4\-6 years of experience in Salesforce development. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce technologies including Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components, and deployment pipelines. Debugging Skills: Strong debugging skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently. Collaboration Skills: Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. **Nice\-to\-have Skills**: Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools. Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST or SOAP APIs.
