You must have **solid experience in B2B sales of technology services** and **strategic account management.** This is not a traditional sales role. Your management will be crucial to expanding our presence and consolidating our market leadership. ### **Responsibilities** * Achieve the sales target set by the company for the assigned territory and account list. * Effectively manage the sales pipeline, ensuring compliance with key metrics (lead generation, closing ratio, average deal size). * Define commercial goals and strategies (account and territory plan) aligned with company objectives. * Collaborate with cross-functional and operations teams to ensure delivery of commitments made to customers. * Ensure accurate and rigorous information updates in the CRM for proper recording of commercial activities. * Lead the negotiation and contractual closing process together with the legal team. * Plan and conduct customer follow-up meetings to identify improvement and growth opportunities. ### **Requirements** **Education:** Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. **Experience:** Demonstrable experience of over 5 years in B2B commercial roles, selling consulting or technology services (Software Factory, Cloud, etc.). Proven success in meeting sales quotas, managing key accounts, and closing complex deals.
