The individual will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and executing all activities related to the company's accounting and financial management, guaranteeing the reliability of information, proper application of NIIF standards, and compliance with tax, legal, and fiscal obligations. The candidate must lead the accounting team with a human-centered approach, promoting efficiency, collaboration, and professional development within the team. **Requirements** * **Academic background:** Degree in Public Accounting. * **Valid professional license required.** * **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years in accounting roles, with comprehensive knowledge of accounting and tax processes. * **Additional knowledge:** Treasury and cash flow management. * **Proficiency in office tools:** Advanced Excel and accounting software (preferably SIESA or other ERP systems). **Skills and soft competencies** * **Leadership and teamwork.** * **Emotional intelligence and conflict resolution.** * **Planning and decision-making.** * **Analytical thinking and results orientation.** * **Assertive communication and attention to detail.** * **High responsibility and professional ethics.** **Working conditions** * **Contract type:** Indefinite term. * **Salary:** Between **$4,500,000 and $5,000,000 COP**, depending on experience and profile. * **Work schedule:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. * **Work location:** Medellín, Antioquia. * **Work mode:** On-site.
