**Position Objective:** Lead the implementation, management, and coordination of BIM (Building Information Modeling) processes in company projects, ensuring efficient integration and collaboration among different technical disciplines. Supervise the creation, updating, and use of BIM models to optimize planning, design, construction, and maintenance, guaranteeing compliance with international and local regulations and standards. **Education:** Technical or Technologist degree in Architectural Drafting, Project Drafting, or Architectural and Engineering Drafting. * Solid knowledge in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools (NOT EXCLUSIVE). * Desirable additional training in 3D modeling. **Experience:** * Between 1 and 3 years of experience in architecture firms, construction companies, or design firms. * Experience in preparing architectural drawings, technical drawings for permits/licenses, and design modifications. **Main Job Functions:** * Create, update, and digitize 2D and 3D architectural drawings. * Prepare construction documents and construction details. * Support the architecture department in interpreting designs, spatial proposals, and technical specifications. * Manage and organize drawings according to project versions and standards. * Conduct on-site architectural surveys when required. * Coordinate adjustments with other disciplines (civil, electrical, plumbing) under the architect's supervision. * Prepare presentation sheets and diagrams for presentations, renders, or client deliverables. * Ensure that designs comply with current regulations and project technical guidelines. **Software Proficiency** Revit, Navisworks, BIM, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, among others.
