JOIN OUR TEAM! We are currently looking for a JUNIOR ANALYST IN PROCESSES AND QUALITY for our OPERATIONS division. We offer an indefinite contract, continuous training, and growth opportunities. The main purpose of the role is to ensure data quality standards delivered to the client by complying with established procedures for auditing the validation process and fieldwork. Key responsibilities include: 1\. Re-validate/audit methodically a percentage (defined by coordination) of the validated sample. 2\. Maintain tracking reports on validator quality performance. 3\. Provide effective feedback to the validation team and area supervisor. 4\. Escalate inconsistencies and/or doubts regarding validation criteria from validation manuals. 5\. Generate reports on outliers in internal validation durations. 6\. Handle claims related to assigned studies. Requirements Technical degree or student in Quality. Intermediate Excel skills. Experience in quality, auditing, and processes. 1 year of experience in similar roles.
