**TECHNOLOGICAL MEDIA OPERATOR** **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Ensure continuous monitoring of electronic security systems installed at various service locations, supporting surveillance management through observation, recording, and immediate communication of events that could compromise physical or asset security. **Minerva Foods is the leading exporter of beef in South America and also operates in the processed segment, selling its products to more than 100 countries. In addition to Brazil, Minerva Foods operates in Paraguay, Argentina, Uruguay, Colombia, and has specialized sheep processing plants in Australia.** **Responsibilities and attributions** **Monitoring and operation of systems** * Operate and supervise technological security systems: CCTV (closed-circuit television), alarms, access control, fire detection, GPS, and radio communication. * Conduct real-time monitoring of cameras and electronic systems to detect unusual behavior or risky situations. * Ensure proper operation, recording, and storage of images and logs. * Control personnel and vehicle access according to established security protocols. **Incident reporting and communication** * Immediately record and report any anomaly, incident, or technical failure detected to the security manager or control center. * Maintain constant communication with security guards, supervisors, and operational support staff. * Prepare daily or per-shift reports on updates, events, and actions taken. **Basic maintenance and equipment management** * Verify the operational status of technological equipment (cameras, monitors, radios, alarms, servers). * Report failures, damages, or needs for preventive and corrective maintenance. * Assist in periodic functional testing of technological systems. **Support for integrated security management** * Collaborate with physical and electronic security teams in incident prevention and control. * Contribute to improving surveillance and technological control procedures.
