This role has a **cross-functional** scope and aims to ensure architectural consistency across initiatives, drive technological evolution, and strengthen client relationships. You will serve as a bridge between technical, commercial, and business areas, supporting pre-sales processes, understanding customer needs, and designing solutions aligned with strategic objectives. ### **️ Responsibilities** * Serve as a cross-functional technical reference within the account. * Support pre-sales processes, understanding customer needs, and solution design. * Identify opportunities for technological evolution within the account. * Ensure architectural consistency in existing and new initiatives. * Propose guidelines, patterns, and principles of enterprise and solution architecture. * Manage relationships with technical and business stakeholders. * Participate in strategic discussions, technical decisions, and technology roadmaps. * Support technological modernization from a strategic perspective. ### **Mandatory Requirements** #### **Architecture** * Experience in defining enterprise and solution architectures. * Evaluation of existing architectures and proposal of improvements. * Knowledge of C4\+1 modeling, DDD, clean architecture. * Knowledge of microservices, integrations, and software quality attributes (scalability, availability, maintainability, etc.). #### **Cloud** * Experience in Cloud adoption strategies and Cloud Native architectures. * General knowledge of **AWS** and/or **Azure**. * Ability to guide decisions on scalability, resilience, and costs. #### **Development and DevOps** * Broad knowledge of backend ecosystems (Java, .NET, Node) and frontend (Angular, React). * Understanding of DevSecOps tools and practices, infrastructure as code, orchestration with Docker/Kubernetes. #### **Power Skills** * Strategic thinking and business vision. * Relationship and communication skills with technical, commercial, and management stakeholders. * Cross-functional leadership. * Ability to identify technological improvement opportunities and generate value propositions. ### **Desirable** * Experience in technical pre-sales processes and proposal development. * Practical knowledge of **multicloud**. * Experience leading technical communities or innovation initiatives. * Participation in modernization or technological transformation processes. * Knowledge of ALM governance models or enterprise architecture. ### **Conditions** **Location**: Medellín, Colombia **Contract type**: Indefinite term **Learning and well-being culture**: Sofka U, KaizenHub, Happy Kaizen, WeSofka. ### **Are you ready to take on the challenge and become a strategic ally in technological transformation?** ### **Apply now and become part of this story!**
