This includes establishing data quality standards, overseeing regulatory frameworks such as BCBS239, managing metadata, and collaborating with IT and business teams to ensure data integrity and governance. **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related fields. **EXPERIENCE** Minimum 3 years of experience in data management, data analysis, or data governance; additionally, experience in project management and leadership of multidisciplinary teams. **KNOWLEDGE AND TOOLS** * Knowledge of the BCBS239 regulatory framework (Desirable) * Technical knowledge/tools. * Experience with traditional data management tools (Excel, Google) * Familiarity with data visualization tools. * Knowledge of data standards and data management (BCBS239). **SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES** * Analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems. * Verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work collaboratively and lead initiatives across diverse multidisciplinary teams. * Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. *Discover the future of banking with BBVA!
