Join us!** **Main job function:** Transform large volumes of data into strategic solutions through the design, development, and implementation of Machine Learning and artificial intelligence models. You will actively participate in identifying improvement opportunities, collaborating with different areas of the bank to solve complex data-driven challenges. **Academic background:** Graduate in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, or related fields. Postgraduate degree in areas such as artificial intelligence, analytics, project management, or similar is desirable. **Experience:** Minimum five (5) years of experience, preferably in the financial sector, in data analysis and exploitation, and in the development and implementation of Machine Learning models. **Technical knowledge/tools:** * Proficiency with Google Workspace. * Proficiency with office tools. * Exploitation and analysis of structured and unstructured data. * Design and maintenance of predictive and AI models that add business value. * Clear communication of findings and recommendations to diverse audiences. * Continuous improvement of models and analytical processes to ensure effectiveness and scalability. * Cloud services (AWS, GCP, and/or Azure). * Proficiency in Python and PySpark. * Applied statistics. * Predictive models and machine learning techniques. * Structured and unstructured data. * Artificial intelligence, especially LLM (Large Language Models). **Skills and Competencies:** * Leadership and collaborative work. * Assertive and effective communication. * Customer focus and service attitude. * Negotiation and problem-solving skills. * Initiative, proactive thinking, and enthusiasm for continuous learning. *Hello!
