Main responsibilities are: \- Lead digital transformation and technological innovation by integrating solutions that enhance patient experience, clinical and operational efficiency. \- Design and implement the institutional digital innovation agenda \- Develop digital ecosystems: integrated platforms, GPS, telemedicine, analytics, doctor-family connection \- Create innovation labs through partnerships (universities, startups, research centers) \- Introduce emerging technologies (AI, RPA, augmented reality) focused on diagnostics, treatments, and clinical management \- Implement interoperability models between clinical systems, health insurers, insurance companies, and international medicine \- Promote an agile digital culture through design thinking, lean startup, and scrum \- Ensure technological security and sustainability.
