




**Job Description** At **Tellantas S.A.S.**, a company in the automotive and tire industry, we are seeking a **Human Talent and SST Coordinator** to lead human capital management and ensure the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety programs, guaranteeing legal compliance and promoting the overall well-being of our team. **Responsibilities** * Manage processes related to **recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and separation** of personnel. * Administer payroll updates, **benefits, and labor relations**. * Implement and monitor the **Occupational Health and Safety Management System** and the **Strategic Road Safety Plan (PESV)**. * Coordinate **training sessions, employee wellness programs, and organizational climate initiatives**. * Carry out **workplace accident and traffic incident reports and investigations**. * Ensure compliance with labor and occupational health and safety regulations. * Support and advise site supervisors and managers in human resource and safety management processes. **Requirements** * Professional degree in **Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields**. * Specialization in **Occupational Health and Safety** and possession of an SST license. * Minimum of **3 years of experience** in Human Talent and SST roles, preferably within the automotive, transportation, or manufacturing sectors. * Proficiency in human resource and payroll management platforms.
