Must ensure proper point-of-sale implementation, lead the pharmacy merchandising team, manage inventory and returns, optimize customer profitability, and comply with current regulatory policies. **A day in the life of...*** Execute the client's strategic plan in chain pharmacies. * Achieve sales, promotion, and visibility targets. * Manage stock balances, product coding, and price maintenance. * Ensure appropriate stock levels and zero out-of-stocks. * Conduct daily visits according to work plan. * Apply commercial policies and handle confidential information. * Monitor market and competitive trends. * Execute merchandising activities together with the pharmacy merchandising team. * Train and develop merchandisers, distributors, and sales forces. * Coordinate with the Medical Rep team to optimize results. * Generate reports and insights supporting commercial decisions. **What will make you successful*** University graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in fast-moving consumer goods sales or pharmaceutical industry. * Experience in channels such as Pharmacies, UTT, ISD, infant nutrition, or related areas. * Advanced proficiency in computer tools. * Knowledge in marketing, trade marketing, finance, sales planning, digital platforms, and reporting. **Compensation details**: Base salary of $3,400,000 and variable compensation up to $1,400,000 plus company-fixed benefits.
