This involves developing and implementing plans and strategies that ensure operational process effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and achievement of the company's business objectives. Additionally, the Supply Chain Manager focuses on creating and documenting standard procedures to guide the team’s daily work, ensuring consistency in execution and continuous improvement of operations. Another fundamental objective is leading recruitment, training, and staff development, fostering a positive and productive work environment that drives employees’ professional and personal growth. Likewise, the Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading business growth strategies by identifying market opportunities and developing plans to expand presence and increase sales. In summary, the Supply Chain Manager's objective is to ensure operational effectiveness and sustainable growth of the procurement, expediting, and invoicing teams through the implementation of efficient processes, talent development, and execution of business strategies that drive ongoing business success. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Strategy Development:** Lead the development and implementation of strategies to optimize operational efficiency, improve service quality, and meet supply chain growth and profitability goals. * **Procedure Creation:** Establish and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) to guide the team’s daily work, ensuring consistency in task execution and continuous process improvement. * **Talent Management:** Lead team recruitment, training, and development, promoting a positive, learning-oriented, and professionally developing work environment. * **Team Leadership:** Inspire and motivate the team to achieve business and operational goals, fostering collaboration, teamwork, and effective communication. This also includes analyzing team workload to balance individual workloads and backup strategies. * **Growth Strategies:** Identify market growth opportunities and develop strategic plans to expand team presence and increase sales. * **Change Management:** Effectively manage organizational changes such as new technologies, processes, or market requirements, ensuring smooth transitions and successful team adaptation. * **Stakeholder Relationships:** Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and strategic collaboration. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish. * **Cost Control:** Monitor and control the team’s operational costs, identifying areas of opportunity to reduce expenses and improve profitability. * **Coaching and Team Development:** Provide continuous coaching and development for the team, fostering professional and personal growth, and ensuring high performance and motivation levels. * **Operational Excellence and Data Management:** Implement Operational Excellence practices to optimize reporting, operational processes, reduce costs, improve quality, and increase team efficiency. * **Customer Management:** Maintain strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and sales growth. * **KPI Management:** Create and manage relevant KPIs to measure the team’s operational and commercial performance, such as order fulfillment, delivery efficiency, and customer satisfaction. * **Quality and Compliance:** Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards, guaranteeing customer satisfaction and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. * **Procurement Operational Management:** When required, support the procurement management process, primarily for complex packages. **What will you bring?** **Software, processes and tools:** * 10 or more years of experience in the field. Bachelor's Degree in fields such as Industrial Engineering (Engineering), Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management. * Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent), preferably specialized in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Operations. * Experience in EPC projects and preferably in Oil&Gas and Mining. * The manager must have SCM experience in EPC projects and C1 level English, preferably in Oil&Gas and Mining projects.
