Construction supervision consists of technical oversight over contract compliance performed by a legal entity hired for this purpose by a State agency, when such oversight requires specialized knowledge in the subject matter, or when the complexity or extent of the contract justifies it. Technical, administrative, financial, accounting, and/or legal monitoring regarding fulfillment of the contract objectives. **Consortium Location:** Bucaramanga. Cra 22\# 54N\-24 Barrio Colorados. **Required Profile:** * University degree in **Occupational Health, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering**, or fields related to construction. * Must hold a **valid Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) license.** * Minimum **6 years of professional experience**, of which **at least 2 years** must have been serving as responsible officer or in charge of **industrial safety and occupational health in civil infrastructure projects.** * Knowledge of **Resolution 0312 of 2019** and current OSH regulations. * Ability to work in teams, leadership, organizational skills, and prevention focus. * Must reside in Bucaramanga or nearby municipalities. **Working Conditions:** * **Contract type:** Project-based or task-based employment. * **Modality:** 100% on-site. Full-time. * **Work schedule:** Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Saturdays from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. * **Economic compensation:** 3\.200\.000\. **Main Responsibilities:** * Ensure implementation and maintenance of the project's annual **Occupational Safety and Health Work Plan (OSH).** * Supervise and verify activities related to prevention, promotion, and control of occupational risks. * Review and update the **hazard identification and risk assessment matrix.** * Coordinate preventive and corrective actions arising from inspections or audits. * Conduct **safety inductions and training sessions** on industrial safety and occupational health. * Ensure compliance with **legal regulations and the OSH Management System.** * Participate in **COPASST and CCL committees.** * Prepare monthly technical and follow-up reports.
