For more information about Bold, visit our website: https://bold.co **The Role** As a **Product Manager (CRM \- Sales Core)**, you will be responsible for the strategy, vision, and execution of the Native CRM and the optimization of pre- and post-sales operational processes. Your primary objective will be to empower sales teams to efficiently identify, prioritize, and convert acquisition, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities, driving the Product Penetration Rate per Active Customer and maximizing LTV. You will work to maximize the acquisition rate and product depth per Active Customer, ensuring every sales interaction is timely, relevant, and efficient, thereby increasing LTV (Lifetime Value) and the return on investment of the sales force. **Responsibilities** * Own the roadmap for the Native CRM and sales operational process optimization, focusing on tools for lead management, sales pipeline, reporting dashboards, 360-degree views, among others. * Collaborate closely with Data teams to create and integrate data models that automate processes and enable better sales strategies. * Define and optimize workflows for capturing, managing, and closing acquisition, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities within the CRM, aiming for maximum sales efficiency. * Be directly responsible for key metrics: Sales Conversion Rate, Product Penetration Rate, Cross-sell Rate, and Data Quality Score. * Ensure the integrity of key data within the CRM, essential for scoring models, commissions, and personalized sales strategies. * Use analytical rigor to identify bottlenecks in the sales pipeline and propose product solutions that reduce opportunity closing time. * Apply critical and strategic thinking in decision-making. * Work jointly with the Engineering Manager and various teams to deliver optimized solutions from both Product and Engineering perspectives, always striving to simplify complexity. * Be responsible for product discovery and delivery, working alongside development, UX, and other stakeholders. * Define the product strategy, vision, and roadmap. * Define, together with the design team and stakeholders, a world-class user experience for the sales force. * Establish metrics to measure product and new feature success, identifying areas for improvement. * Demonstrate strong analytical rigor to uncover data-driven opportunities and threats. * Prioritize tasks with the team based on user feedback, business objectives, product performance, and regulatory requirements. * Manage the product lifecycle from inception (rapid iterations) to large-scale production rollout. * Demonstrate excellent communication skills at all levels, especially with stakeholders. **We Offer** * + ️ Health allowance * Equity in an early-stage company with high growth potential. * Indefinite-term contract. * Competitive salary. * 100% remote work. * Financial support for education. * World-class technologies and processes. * ️ Additional days off beyond vacation time. * Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, preferably with a focus on commercial management products. * Minimum of 4 years of experience in leadership or team management roles within agile and collaborative environments focused on experimentation. * Preferable experience in CRM platform integrations. * Experience with agile frameworks such as Scrum. * Affinity or experience in Data, Engineering, and Information Security. * Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making. * Desired experience in digital products aimed at optimizing commercial and operational processes.
