**SOUTHERN COLOMBIA BREWERIES (BBC CERVECERÍA)** **Job Mission Summary** Ensure quality and safety at BBC sales points through audits, control, and maintenance of quality and environmental programs, complying with current regulations (Resolution 2674, Decree 1686, ISO 14001, GMP and HACCP). **Summary of Main Responsibilities** * Maintain basic sanitation programs at sales points. * Design and deliver training to ensure compliance with legal requirements. * Promote a quality culture and identify improvements through audits and committees. * Monitor suppliers, manage non-conformities and action plans. * Support the implementation and standardization of quality processes. * Ensure compliance with environmental and legal requirements. **Base Salary: $2,350,000 + transportation allowance** **Contract Type: One-year work or service contract** **Technologist or Professional** in fields such as: * Quality Management * Environmental Engineering * Food Engineering * Industrial Engineering or related fields **Experience** * Between **1 and 3 years** in roles related to: * Quality control and assurance * Implementation of integrated systems (Quality, Environment, Safety) * Internal or external audits * Sanitation programs and regulatory compliance Job type: Full-time, Temporary Contract duration: 12 months
