To find out more visit www.lenovo.com, and read about the latest news via our StoryHub. ### **Description and Requirements** #### **Role Summary:** We are looking for a senior sales professional to lead the engagement with channels and end customers in the SMB (Small \& Mid Market) segment in Bogotá. This role will be responsible for developing a business, managing the full Lenovo portfolio: computing, infrastructure, software, and services. #### **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage commercial relationships with channels and end customers in Bogotá. * Drive **sell\-out** through distributors and ensure sales of Lenovo’s 360 portfolio. * Develop sales strategies focused on results within the SMB segment. * Lead negotiations with clients and channels, including interaction with C\-Level stakeholders. * Identify business opportunities and growth potential in the assigned region. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper execution of commercial plans. #### **Requirements:** * Minimum of **3 years of experience in sales** within the technology sector, ideally in similar roles. * Familiarity with **Lenovo’s operating model** and channel ecosystems. * Proven experience in account management and negotiation within the SMB segment. * Conceptual understanding of **technology infrastructure**, software, and services. * Strong communication skills, results\-oriented mindset, and autonomy. * Experience engaging with decision\-makers at the C\-Level. #### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Previous experience in tech companies. * Knowledge of the Colombian market, especially Bogotá. * Ability to thrive in fast\-paced, dynamic sales environments. * We are equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as veteran and basis of disability or any other federal, state, or local protect class. \#LPS **Additional Locations**: * Colombia \- Cundinamarca \- BOGOTA DC * Colombia * Colombia \- Cundinamarca * Colombia \- Cundinamarca \- BOGOTA DC
