Diversity is our strength. **Being DHL means maximizing your potential.** **This position is for SUPPLA S.A** **Role Objective** -------------------- Ensure compliance with operational processes according to the services offered to the customer, through metric monitoring, constant evaluation and process improvement, optimization of resource usage, and participation in area projects. **Main Responsibilities** ------------------------- * **Participate in the start-up, launch, and stabilization process of operations.** * Develop the work team with a continuous improvement focus. * Guarantee timely and high-quality generation of operational and financial metrics. * Lead process updates considering operational productivity. * Generate and implement continuous improvement processes enabling greater operational efficiency and achieving savings through process optimization. * Manage and control negotiations with the client, interacting with internal and third-party suppliers. * Achieve and maintain an outstanding organizational climate within the work team. * Manage necessary actions to achieve service levels according to customer commitments. * Consolidate, review, and present corresponding operational management reports. * Ensure documentation and updating of operational procedures. * Perform monthly billing. * Participate in managing new projects and initiatives in operational and back-office areas. **Requirements** -------------- * Professional degree in Logistics or related fields such as Business Administration or Industrial Engineering. * **Expected Experience and Knowledge:** + Minimum 4 years of experience in Logistics and/or related areas. + **Extensive experience in handling and knowledge of the NTV system (Essential).** + **Experience and participation in building, launching, and stabilizing new projects and clients (essential).** - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. - Experience in contact, relationship management, and negotiation with internal and external clients. - Knowledge in: * Report management. * Supervision on the operations floor. * Development and implementation of improvement processes. * Budget administration and operational forecasting. * Handling metrics and KPI tracking. * Knowledge of Power BI (Desirable). * **Competencies required for this role:** + Dynamism and service-oriented attitude. + Excellent oral and written communication skills. + Leadership and analytical capabilities. + Problem-solving skills. + Project development and continuous improvement orientation. + Proactivity and teamwork. + Focus on internal and external customer satisfaction. + Experience in personnel and team management.
