Job Summary: We are seeking an Infrastructure and Technical Support Professional to manage and support technological infrastructure, both in the cloud and on-premise, and to strengthen skills in automation and DevOps. Administration of Windows, Linux, Mac OS, DevOps, and clusters. We Are Looking for an Infrastructure and Technical Support Professional! Do you have experience administering cloud environments and servers, and are you interested in strengthening your skills in automation and DevOps? Role Objective: To administer and support technological infrastructure—both in cloud and on-premise environments—ensuring proper operation of servers, operating systems, and automation processes. Profile Requirements Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telematics Engineering, or related fields. Final-semester Technology students may be considered if they meet the required experience. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in cloud administration or similar roles. Essential Knowledge: Windows Server administration Linux administration Mac OS operating system administration Basic DevOps environment administration Jenkins usage Implementation of automation processes in cloud services Cluster administration Desirable (non-mandatory) Knowledge: SQL SQL Server MySQL AZ 900 and AZ 104 certifications Main Responsibilities Administer and provide support for Windows and Linux servers. Support cloud infrastructure administration. Perform operating system support and maintenance tasks. Implement and support automation processes in cloud services. Administer and provide support for technological clusters. Support basic activities related to DevOps practices. Working Conditions Location: Bogotá, Chapinero Contract Type: Payroll Working Hours: Monday to Friday 07:00 - 16:30 06:30 - 16:00 13:30 - 22:00 (Monday to Friday, with availability as required by operational needs) Regarding weekend and holiday support, the schedule will be 07:00–09:00 (remote work), rotating approximately every 20 days or one month.
