In this role, you will play a vital part in managing customer accounts, processing orders, handling inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction. You will be involved with logistics, invoicing, purchase orders as needed to ensure seamless operations. If you’re ready to leverage your organizational skills and enthusiasm in a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you! **Responsibilities** **Customer Service:** Assist with processing of orders, logistics, invoicing, purchase orders and other support services. **Inventory Management**: Collaborate with logistics teams to manage inventory levels **Order Processing:** Efficiently and accurately process customer orders, including order entry, tracking, and updates. **Account Management:** Manage customer accounts, track order status, and provide regular updates. **Problem Solving:** Identify and resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, or other customer service concerns. **Communication:** Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams, fostering positive relationships. **Product Knowledge:** Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products and services. **Teamwork:** Collaborate with colleagues to provide excellent customer service. **Qualifications** * Excellent people skills and communication skills * Organizational and Time Management skills \- managing priorities, respecting deadlines, working in a fast\-paced environment * Previous experience in a similar position or an administrative role is a plus * Previous experience with working for a North\-American company is a plus * Teamwork and attention to detail * Good technical skills (MS Office, Outlook) * Access to reliable equipment (laptop, screen) * Open to learning new software systems \- CRM * High\-speed internet connection required **Details:** **Work Hours**: Contractor, 8:00AM \- 5:00PM (EST time zone) **Location:** Remote, working from home **Salary:** Starting at $800 USD / month **Languages:**English (Professional level), Spanish (asset) **Training:** Training provided by the company Job Type: Full\-time Work Location: Remote
