




**Company Description** We are looking for technically skilled candidates with good problem\-solving abilities for the position of Microsoft Dynamics 365 \+ Experlogix Administrator. The duties include being a point of contact for all IT related questions at the user level, responding to user needs in a timely manner, and handling all data changes within the backend of our CPQ implemented system, Experlogix. This role will also be an integral member of Global Sales Technology Administration team and liaise with stakeholders from various business areas to understand and support their needs of the Dynamics and Power Platform environments. You are expected to display good interpersonal skills as you will interact with associates from various departments and backgrounds, globally. You are to understand their problems and if needed, document the underlying issue for defect resolution. **Job Description** The role will also work closely with the Infrastructure and Operations team to ensure that all standards and security requirements are met and delivered. **Responsibilities:** * The ability to understand business processes and (product) structures, taking requirements from user stories and implementing within system backend. * End to End platforms administration (Access, technical support, user consultancy on key features and business processes) with focus on Experlogix and MS Dynamics 365 CRM * Documenting and defining user requirements with product stakeholders, including flow charts, layout, and diagrams * Establishing best practices for support of and knowledge sharing of the functionality of Experlogix and Dynamics 365 environment. * Troubleshooting issues and raising defects if necessary * Establishing good relationships with all colleagues * Managing technical documentation and processes * Support users in utilization and adoption of Experlogix and ensuring standards and processes are followed * Performing diagnostic tests. **Experience Qualifications:** * 2\+ years relevant work experience, preferably in a SaaS/Cloud environment * Experience with CPQ solutions, Experlogix is a plus * 1\+ years relevant experience of working with Dynamics 365, Office 365 and the Power Platform * 2\+ years relevant work experience related to project management/coordination w/ multiple stakeholders or Finance * Experience working with the Dataverse and Azure Functions and Logic Apps * Experience utilizing JIRA * System Administrator experience * SQL experience **Skills and Abilities:** * Understanding of the core Dynamics 365 CRM modules with functional knowledge of the entire product suite * Ability to stay focused and operate under pressure to meet tight deadlines * Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, working within is a plus * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Proven strong problem\-solving skills. * Good interpersonal skills. * Attention to detail. **Licenses and Certifications:** * Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) Dynamics 365 related certifications preferred **Qualifications** **Qualifications (ALL):** * Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud Administration is preferred. * BA/BS Degree (4\-year) Computer Science or related technical area is preferred. * Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to interface with all levels of the organization * Demonstrated ability to lead projects * Competency in analytical problem solving, customer/partner relationships, product \& technology expertise, project management, strategic insight * Understanding of the core Dynamics 365 CRM modules with functional knowledge of the entire product suite * Fluent in English, ability to work with global teams. * Technologically capable \- can work/learn to work with our Microsoft suite, MS office and PowerBI * Finance and sales process knowledge and/or Market Research industry knowledge is a plus **Additional Information** **Our Benefits** * Flexible working environment * Volunteer time off * LinkedIn Learning * Employee\-Assistance\-Program (EAP) **About NIQ** NIQ is the world’s leading consumer intelligence company, delivering the most complete understanding of consumer buying behavior and revealing new pathways to growth.
