**Date:** Oct. 31, 2025 **Location:** Colombia, Bogotá D.C. **Company:** deloittemx **What is the day-to-day of the position?** As a Mergers \& Acquisitions Consultant at Deloitte, you will support the development of studies and projects related to corporate mergers, spin-offs, acquisitions, and organic growth. You will analyze data from our clients/markets and assess merger/acquisition needs related to industry dynamics and the competitive landscape to inform business integration plans. This includes performing analyses to identify acquisition opportunities, asset valuations, economic landscape research, system migrations, among others. You will apply specific and relevant knowledge in the field of mergers and acquisitions to effectively execute the standard approach or plan for identifying solutions. You will develop your skills in analysis, problem-solving, relevant research, high-level data analysis, creativity, and support the development of reports. You will make technical decisions regarding the project, be part of dynamic and multicultural teams that will allow you to grow comprehensively within the Firm, in addition to receiving support from your project leaders, advisory processes, tools, and guidelines provided to you.
