




Position Purpose: To control and analyze the costs associated with glass and aluminum transformation processes, as well as to manage inventories efficiently. The objective is to ensure reliable accounting and operational information that supports business profitability and production efficiency. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform costing of finished products considering waste, reprocessing, and specific yields of glass and aluminum. * Determine and update standard cost structures by product line. * Reconcile physical vs. accounting inventories of materials such as float glass, laminated glass, tempered glass, aluminum profiles, hardware, and accessories. * Maintain control over inventory movements in raw material, work-in-process, and finished goods warehouses. * Support the production area with cost analysis per work order and cost centers. * Actively participate in monthly accounting closings by reviewing consumption, receipts, returns, and inventory adjustments. * Coordinate periodic physical inventories, ensuring their proper execution, documentation, and audit. * Generate periodic reports on cost indicators, inventory turnover, project-based consumption, and operational efficiency. * Validate the correct accounting and tax classification of inputs and products. **Academic Background** * Professional or Technologist degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. **Required Experience** * Minimum **2 to 3 years** of experience in cost and inventory areas, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector. * Specific experience in **glass, aluminum, metalworking, or construction materials companies** is desirable.
