The individual will be responsible for ensuring compliance with immediate supervisor instructions, proper use of tools, execution of loading and unloading support tasks, as well as maintenance of pathways and infrastructure. **Functions:** * Assist in loading and unloading supplies, equipment, and tools from surface to inside the mine. * Perform barrel loading from storage hoppers or manually. * Collaborate in installing support structures and adapting pathways. * Support mining maintenance of railway tracks, pedestrian paths, and mining infrastructure (cleaning gutters, stairs, handrails, lifelines, among others). * Install and remove drilling components. * Manually transport materials, waste rock, and mineral to collection points using mine carts. **Knowledge Requirements:** * Suitable for working at heights. * Suitable for working in confined spaces. **Competencies:** * Teamwork. * Assertive communication. * Punctuality. **Salary:** $1.938.000 including all legal benefits plus attendance and performance bonuses **Contract Type:** Temporary or project-based **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. **Work Location:** Segovia, Antioquia. **Requirements:** With or without experience **Offer Conditions:** **Net Monthly Salary:** 1938000
