Job Requirements \* Professional Education: Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields. \* Additional Education: Specialization in Industrial Design or technical certifications (BIM). \* General Experience: 8 years in engineering or construction. \* Specific Experience: 3 years leading Technical Offices or design teams. \* Languages: Intermediate English. \* Knowledge: BIM methodology, design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D), technical standards, cost and budget analysis, risk management.
