We are looking for a professional responsible for contacting patients, providers, and referral sources to efficiently and accurately schedule MRI appointments. This role ensures a smooth scheduling experience, maintaining excellent communication, professionalism, and attention to detail. **Main Responsibilities:** * Make outbound calls to patients, medical offices, and referral partners to schedule MRI appointments * Confirm patient information, insurance details, and scheduling preferences * Explain appointment requirements (e.g., preparation, arrival time, documentation) * Coordinate with imaging centers and medical staff to ensure accurate scheduling * Update and maintain patient scheduling records in the system * Provide courteous and professional service to all patients and healthcare partners * Comply with HIPAA confidentiality and privacy regulations * Meet daily/weekly scheduling targets and call quotas * Escalate urgent or complex scheduling issues to supervisors as needed **Who are we looking for?** * Strong oral and written communication skills * Candidate with minimum English level B2-C1 * Availability to work full-time and **ONSITE** * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a dynamic environment * Familiarity with medical terminology and scheduling software (desirable) * **RESUME MUST BE SUBMITTED IN ENGLISH.** ***PREFERABLY WOMEN*** **Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 6:30AM to 3:30PM (daylight saving time 7:30AM to 4:30PM) **Salary:** $3,122,704.52 Type of position: Full-time
