




**What your day will be like** By working in the R\&D\+Digitalization department, you will enjoy dynamic days full of opportunities to interact with colleagues from diverse areas and apply your skills in analysis, assertive communication, influence, collaboration, and teamwork. **What is your responsibility** * Analyze and design use cases for factory digitization * Support both back\-end and front\-end development of digitization projects * Assist in executing tasks assigned by the project manager, meeting established deadlines and reporting daily progress on tasks * Provide support for deployed tools, including listening to users regarding possible improvements and errors in the various tools * Support the implementation of Artificial Intelligence projects applied to digitization processes **What are the job requirements** * Recently graduated professional with no more than 1 year since graduation ceremony in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields * Knowledge of Microsoft .NET, MLL, and AWS development technologies * Familiarity with «front\-end» languages (JavaScript frameworks, node, react, etc) * Competencies: Proactivity and willingness to learn, analytical ability and exploration of new technologies, problem solving, and teamwork **About the team** You will become part of the Transformadores Colombia team; specifically, the R\&D\+Digitalization department, an interdisciplinary team where we aim to continuously improve people's ways of working aligned with business strategy, with constant interaction across teams from all areas. **What is Siemens Energy?** At Siemens Energy, we are more than just an energy technology company.
